Discover Wuben: Creative EDC Torches, Power Bank Lights and Headlamps

Wuben make some of the most creative torches on the market. Their range includes rectangular pocket lights with RGB side lights, a palm-sized 12,000 lumen power bank torch, an owl-shaped light that charges in its own case and a tiny cube with a fidget button. Behind the unusual shapes are practical everyday tools. This guide covers who Wuben are, how their range fits together and the models worth knowing in the Wuben range at Torch Depot.

Who are Wuben?

Wuben are a Chinese torch brand known for design-led everyday carry lights. Where many brands refine the classic cylinder, Wuben experiment with form: flat and rectangular bodies, rotating heads, side lights, magnetic tails and charging cases. Most models charge by USB-C, many double as power banks, and nearly all are built from anodised aluminium with IP68 water and dust resistance. You can see the full catalogue on the Wuben official website.

The Wuben range explained

Rectangular EDC: X4 and X2 Pro

Flat, pocket-friendly torches with a main beam plus a side light. The X4 adds RGB colours and a rotary brightness dial, and the X2 Pro adds a UV side light.

Power bank torches: X1 Pro and X-1 Falcon

Big batteries and extreme output in a body you can still hold in one hand. Both can charge your phone.

Compact EDC: X0 Knight, X3 and G series

Tiny lights for keys and pockets. The X0 Knight has a fidget button and tritium slots, and the X3 charges in a case that is also a power bank.

Headlamps and clip lights: E7, H1 and H series

Wide-angle lights that clip to a cap, pocket or bag strap, or mount on a headband.

Tactical and specialist: T4, L3, P26 and PL01

The T4 is a compact thrower with a tactical tail switch, the L3 a 3000 lumen duty torch, the P26 a white and 365nm UV inspection light, and the PL01 a slim penlight.

Bike lights: B and L series

Front lights and smart rear lights, including the L22 with a brake sensor.

How to choose a Wuben torch

  • Think about how you carry. Rectangular lights like the X4 sit flat in a pocket. Cube-shaped lights like the X0 suit a coin pocket or keyring. Clip lights like the E7 are best on a cap or strap.
  • Do you need a second light? Side lights, RGB and UV are genuinely useful: red for night vision, UV for inspection and coloured light for signalling.
  • Power bank or not. If you camp or travel, a torch that can charge your phone is worth having. The X1 Pro and E7 both can.
  • Lock it. Many Wuben lights have a lockout. Use it whenever the torch goes in a bag.
